Lilypad began BETA customer testing in Saugatuck, MI this October in support of our OFME deployment grant. Working in conjunction with Retro Boats we began testing the platform operation, customer user experience, and overall performance of the LIlypad platform. Customer support has been overwhelmingly positive with a net promoter score of 80+%. Lessons from this deployment will be incorporated into future builds. WE LOOK FORWARD TO OFFICIAL LAUNCH IN SUMMER 2022!
